Biweekly Articles On Lawyers Professional Liability Planned Based On 2009 Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP Booklet: “An Annotated Lawyers Professional Liability Policy”
I am very excitedt to announce that I will be working with David A. Grossbaum, Esquire of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP to develop a series of articles on different aspects of a Lawyers Professional Liability Policy. We will be working from the booklet, An Annotated Lawyers Professional Liability Policy prepared in 2009 by the Insurance Services Practice Group of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.
An Annotated Lawyers Professional Liability Policy is a booklet that was created as a teaching aid for clients and friends of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. It provides an overview of a lawyers LPL policy. It was written by Hinshaw partner, David A. Grossbaum of the firm’s Boston and Providence Rhode Island offices, and updated by Duana J. Grage and Michelle D. Mitchell, both of Hinshaw’s Minneapolis office.
Mr. Grossbaum and I intend to review the material from the original booklet and break it down into a series of articles to be released one every two weeks.
